4. Third-Party Products & Warranties

• Any warranties on locks, keys, or security hardware are subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Night Owl Lockouts LLC provides workmanship warranty for 30 days upon completion of the job unless explicitly stated.

At Night Owl Lockouts LLC, transparency and trust are our top priorities. To ensure clarity and avoid misunderstandings:

No service will begin, proceed, or be completed until the customer has been presented with and has accepted the final price for the job.

By requesting our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will receive a clear quote before any work is started.

• No charges will be incurred unless you approve the final price.

• If you choose not to accept the quoted price, no service will be performed and no fees will apply (unless a service call fee or travel fee is disclosed beforehand).

This policy is in place to protect both our customers and technicians and to ensure full transparency in every transaction.

6. Emergency & Response Time Disclaimer

• We strive to respond as quickly as possible; however, arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, service demand, or other factors beyond our control.

• We are not liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damages resulting from delays in service.

7. No Guarantee of Security

• While we provide locksmith services to enhance security, we do not guarantee complete protection against theft, break-ins, or unauthorized entry. Customers are responsible for maintaining and upgrading their security as needed.
