At Night Owl Lockouts LLC, we take pride in providing reliable and professional locksmith services in DFW. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every service meets high-quality standards. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Service Refunds

• All sales are final and unless there is issue arises during our installation or the part that we provide is found defective. In such cases, we will  resolve the issue or offer a refund in accordance with our policy.

• If you experience any issues with the service provided, please contact us immediately, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made before the technician is dispatched may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

• If the technician has already been dispatched, a service call fee may still apply.

Damages & Liability

• Our locksmiths take great care in performing services professionally and without damage. However, if you believe our service resulted in damage to your property, please report it immediately so we can assess and address the situation.

• Night Owl Lockouts LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues related to faulty locks, keys, or hardware.

 
Product Returns (If applicable)

• If we install any hardware (locks, deadbolts, etc.) that is defective, we will honor the manufacturer’s warranty and assist with a replacement or repair.

• Returns or exchanges for hardware must be requested within 7 days of installation and must be in unused condition.
