Welcome to Night Owl Lockouts LLC. 

Night Owl Lockouts LLC offers locksmith services, including but not limited to:

• Emergency lockout assistance

• Lock repair and installation

• Rekeying services

• Automotive, residential, and commercial locksmith services

2. Service Availability

Our services are available in the DFW, the Response times vary based on location, traffic, and service demand.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Please see our pricing section for all listed prices for our services.

• A service call fee applies to all jobs, regardless of completion.

• Full payment is due upon service completion. We accept all form of payments

• Any chargebacks, disputes, or unpaid balances may be sent to collections or legal action.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment.

• No refunds for completed services.

• If a technician arrives and service is declined, a service call fee will still be charged.

5. Liability & Damages

• Night Owl Lockouts LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to locks, doors, or vehicles.

• While we take every precaution, minor damage may occur during certain services (e.g., unlocking a car or door without a key). Customers assume this risk when requesting service.

 We may collect the following information when you use our services: 

• We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from delays, inability to provide service, or misuse of our services.

6. Proof of Ownership & Service Authorization

• Customers must provide valid identification and proof of ownership before locksmith services are performed.

• By requesting service, you confirm you have the legal right to authorize work on the property, vehicle, or lock in question.

7. Warranties & Guarantees

• New lock installations may come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

• Services performed are warrantied for 30 days against defects in workmanship.

• Warranty does not cover issues due to misuse, tampering, or normal wear and tear.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Night owl Lockouts LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Unsafe or hostile situations

• Violation of these terms and condition.

 9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within Fort Worth, Texas.
