These Terms and Conditions apply to the website and locksmith services provided by Night Owl Lockouts LLC. By requesting, approving, or receiving service, you agree to these terms.
Night Owl Lockouts LLC provides automotive, residential, and commercial locksmith services, including:
• Car, house, business, storage, and safe lockouts
• Car key cutting, replacement, and programming
• Key fob and remote programming
• Lock installation, replacement, repair, and rekeying
• Commercial locks, push bars, panic hardware, and master key systems
• Other locksmith services agreed upon by the customer and Night Owl Lockouts LLC
Service availability may depend on location, technician availability, equipment, vehicle type, lock type, and job complexity.
The customer must have the legal right to authorize locksmith work on the property, vehicle, lock, safe, or other item involved.
Night Owl Lockouts LLC may require valid identification, proof of ownership, proof of residency, registration, a lease, written authorization, or other documentation before performing service.
We may refuse or stop service if ownership or authorization cannot be reasonably verified.
Prices may vary based on the service requested, lock or vehicle type, hardware, location, time, travel distance, required tools, job complexity, and additional work requested by the customer.
The customer will be presented with the final price before work begins. No locksmith work will begin until the customer or an authorized representative approves the price.
Approval may be provided verbally, electronically, by text message, or by signing an invoice or work authorization.
If the scope of work changes after service begins, any additional charges will be explained and require customer approval before the additional work is performed.
A service call, trip, or travel fee may apply when disclosed before the technician is dispatched.
Once a technician has been dispatched or arrives at the service location, the disclosed fee remains due even if the customer cancels, is no longer present, provides an incorrect address, refuses service, or decides not to approve the proposed work.
Payment is due when service is completed unless different payment arrangements were approved in writing beforehand.
Night Owl Lockouts LLC may accept cash, credit or debit cards, electronic payments, or other approved payment methods.
Any processing fee or additional payment charge will be disclosed before payment and applied only as permitted by applicable law and payment-provider rules.
Customers are responsible for amounts they approve. Unpaid balances may be referred for collection or legal action as permitted by law.
Cancellations, refunds, product returns, workmanship claims, and defective-part claims are governed by the Night Owl Lockouts LLC Refund, Cancellation, and Warranty Policy posted on this website.
Completed locksmith labor is generally nonrefundable because the technician’s time, travel, tools, and labor have already been provided.
Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
Any arrival or completion time provided is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Response times may be affected by traffic, weather, technician availability, service demand, incorrect location information, job complexity, parts availability, or conditions outside our control.
Night Owl Lockouts LLC is not responsible for losses resulting solely from an estimated arrival or completion time.
Night Owl Lockouts LLC will use professional entry methods appropriate for the lock and situation.
Some jobs may require drilling, cutting, replacement, disassembly, or another destructive method when non-destructive entry is unsuccessful or not reasonably available.
When practical, the technician will explain the proposed method and obtain customer authorization before using a destructive entry method.
Night Owl Lockouts LLC is not responsible for preexisting damage, worn components, faulty locks, damaged doors, damaged frames, ignition problems, electrical issues, aftermarket modifications, improperly installed hardware, or previous work performed by another person.
The technician may document existing conditions with photographs, video, notes, or customer acknowledgment before beginning work.
Compatibility and programming results may depend on the vehicle, manufacturer, existing modules, battery condition, prior programming, aftermarket modifications, and the condition of the customer’s equipment.
Custom-cut keys, programmed keys, transponders, remotes, and key fobs cannot be returned after cutting or programming unless they are defective or our workmanship caused the problem.
Night Owl Lockouts LLC does not guarantee customer-supplied locks, keys, remotes, key fobs, parts, or hardware.
Manufacturer warranties may apply to products supplied by Night Owl Lockouts LLC.
Night Owl Lockouts LLC provides a 30-day workmanship warranty unless a different warranty is provided in writing.
The customer must report a suspected workmanship issue promptly and allow Night Owl Lockouts LLC a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the issue.
The warranty does not cover misuse, tampering, abuse, accidental damage, normal wear, preexisting conditions, customer-supplied parts, or work modified by another person.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Night Owl Lockouts LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost income, lost business, towing, rental vehicles, lodging, or missed appointments.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Night Owl Lockouts LLC may refuse or stop service because of:
• Suspected fraud, theft, or unlawful activity
• Missing or questionable proof of ownership or authorization
• Unsafe, threatening, hostile, or abusive behavior
• Dangerous property or environmental conditions
• Requests outside our licensing, equipment, or service capabilities
• A customer’s refusal to approve pricing or required work
By providing a phone number or email address, the customer authorizes Night Owl Lockouts LLC to communicate regarding the service request, technician arrival, estimate, authorization, invoice, payment, warranty, or customer-service matter.
Message and data rates may apply. Customer information is handled according to the Night Owl Lockouts LLC Privacy Policy.
Customers should contact Night Owl Lockouts LLC first regarding any billing or service concern so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
Night Owl Lockouts LLC may provide signed invoices, identification records, photographs, communications, proof of authorization, service records, and payment information when responding to a dispute or chargeback.
Submitting a payment dispute does not cancel a valid debt for authorized and completed services.
Website information, service descriptions, pricing ranges, availability, and other content are provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice.
Website pricing does not replace the final price presented to and approved by the customer before work begins.

Any dispute that is not otherwise resolved must be brought in an appropriate court with jurisdiction in Tarrant County, Texas, unless applicable law requires a different location.
